Ching, IAAF must have reviewed all aspects (the quality of the race course, organizational skills of the race official, helpfulness of the race staff & volunteers, resource available to the runners such as water-stops, etc) before  grading the race. Although updates of post-race information is no less important, surely it is not the most critical factor in deciding whether the race is Gold/Silver/Bronze/"None-of-the-above"?

Besides, if you had participated in this year's Xiamen Int'l Marathon you must have picked up your official certificate before you left the starting/finishing area. Your race time is mentioned in the cert, so I couldn't care less if I can't find my results at their webpage, as I have already got my official certificate that mentions my race time. As for the top-10 finishers, the info is also available from other media so I could get it from elsewhere.

I am sure the factors I mentioned at the beginning are far more important to the runners, than seeing you name being published in the official website.
