She started to practise running now but I don't think she can  join the 15K running this time coz she can finish max. 4km running only.  It is already a good progress for her.  In the past, she has to stop after running not more than 1km.

I have sent the application for sometimes already but I have not yet received any feedback from them. Ching Ctse, has anyone received the confirmation from the organization already?

Just received confirmation letter and the number is 3050.

我想問下呢個比賽的集合地方在那裡?  我完全唔知點去, 本來諗住從黃金海岸酒店出發, 但由於計劃改變, 現在由粉嶺直接去比賽. 不知從城門隧道口可搭甚麼巴士或荃灣地鐵站搭甚麼小巴, 又在甚麼地方下車, 起跑地點是否在深井OR其他地方?

城隧口轉48x,49x,43x,278x,73x

係千色店落.

過天橋去對面,過左荃豐門口後,

見到地下有96m小巴就上,汀九村落!!
