各參賽者： 由於近日持續下雨，令到比賽路線濕滑，及加上明晚賽事進行時，天氣有機會不穩定，為參賽者安全起見，我們已經決定推遲7月27日之賽事。 各項安排如下： 1. 更改之賽事日期：2013年8月3日。 2. 比賽包：仍然可在保捷行領取至7月31日。 3. 比賽路線：維持不變。比賽時間依舊。 4. 如未能在8月3日參加賽事： a. 報名費可轉到其他賽事; 或 b. 在8月2日前用電郵通知賽會(請提供個人銀行帳戶)，賽會會作以下退款安排： i. 末領取比賽包 - 退回參賽費用$100

ii. 已領取比賽包(包括號碼布及Ｔ裇) - 退回費用$60

師兄，放心啦，10k唔會完成唔到ge! 雖然上年果咩月夜跑，我自己試路時真係找不到路口（我比賽個日無報ge),我估大會有哂指示，照計都ok ge!

其實急步行、半跑半行、甚至行都好過跑。前兩晚夜試孖崗，以為自己主場平路放膽跑好易，但係顧得睇前面就睇唔到啲石，所以跑就好易PK！除非你支燈喺嗰啲神級跑手用個隻，否則幾百蚊嗰啲都係弱。行下攞下經驗，開心又無傷完成就好。

我打去主辦單位, 佢話要自行去買(燈帽), 但我之後又好少用..
HAHA...可能偷雞唔帶帽去跑.. ...

要求唔高的, 鴨記幾條野, 大把你選, 當然好用(我覺得分別不是光度, 是頭帶舒不舒服的問題) 又有牌子果d就要幾舊 , 不過, 自問都好唔like帶頭燈, 我cheap cheap 地用鴨記算數~

舊年跑過同組織既(月圓黑夜越野賽)家庭組，乜都冇。不過囝囝話好玩，囝囝肯玩今年都會再參加，個人就冇興趣喇。
