10.18 新界東30公里長課約跑 （相片請留意#94)

小弟在此恭禧各位師兄/姐跑完人生第一次的真正長課 (either 20k or 30k). Way to go!! 更加欣賞各位可在超潮濕, 大熱的情況下完成.  下午才玩長課也是小弟第一次聽見, 令小弟十分之佩服, half a day already gone by and still have enough energy to do it, 勁呀!!  因LSD大多數是晨早天蒙光起身做的.  Different lifestyle I guess.  May be I will try it myself sometime to see what it is like.  Again, congrats to everyone!

Thanks for the information. 我真係有隻黑甲呀，不過唔係因為今次長課出現，係之前踢波整親隻腳趾出現，小弟正係度頭痕緊點解隻腳趾好返成2個月隻黑甲都係咁。

It will take approx. 6 months before the black color disappear.  But I guarantee you as you keep on doing LSD, you will eventually get more black toenails.  I lost three toenails from my last marathon two weeks ago (which were black already from all the LSD).  I have 4 black toenails altogether now .  Female runners are luckier than us because they can paint their toenails to cover the black color .

ic...但係而家已經變咗黑甲2668，如果下次又整到既要即時搵醫生放血先2669。

They are called blood blisters.  If it is under the nailbed, you can't really do anything about it. The nail will turn black eventually.  You can only drain the blood blister outside the nailbed.  Try doing it a few hours after LSD, just use a sterile pin and poke through the skin and squeeze the skin.  Do it a few times and you will be good at it.  Don't need to see doctor and waste $$.

我講的不是blood blister, 是真正響趾甲下的積血
d血不放出來, 不減壓, 也無所謂的, 只會痛幾日, 最後d疑血會令你黑甲至到新的生出來
如果將積血擠出來,冇積血, 停跑一兩日,令傷口愈合不再流血, 就冇事了
消毒過的針是由指甲面拮落下去的, 你若去睇醫生, 要去除指甲下的積血也是這樣做的

Sonia tse ~  They are all called blood blisters in general whether under or around the nailbed.  But I really curious about how you poke through the nailbed with a pin.  Ouch!

Yes, I use BodyGlide, otherwise it burns really bad in the shower.
