It is allowed to take picture.  I guess you may take the picture in the next room where it is not allowed.  The staff said it is for another function and only for those being invited. Honestly the staff are nice as they even allowed me to take the bottle water in next room.

Yes only 3 toilets on the road...................
But there are some gas stations having toilets available..........
