我都有參加過city嘅seminar, 会中都有講d基本跑步知識.
跑當日仲有city嘅儲物區, 跑完仲送包能量飲品比我.
至於相片, 我都找到, 不過唔夠長跑網多.

P.S. 請問Mi-Coach是甚麼?
