Fresh runners are OK to join the race, coz the race course is nearly all flat. However you have to beware of the narrow running course and the heat!

Completed the TWAC 10 K Evening Race in a slow time of 53 mins in the hot temperature of 33 C tonight.

However the time was already 2 mins faster than my time in the same race last year.

Thanks TWAC for the excellent organization of the race. ^.^
