AVOHK Is Now Accepting Entries For The 2009 5km Series

The annual curtain raiser will go ahead in September and October. Please note the new start time of 4.30.

U can walk up to the starting point via Wan Chai Gap Road beside Hopewell Centre or take bus #15 and take off at Wan Chai Gap Park

Just completed the AVOHK 5 Km Series 09 - 10 Race I in a satisfied time of 28 mins (same as last year) in the slightly hot afternoon today.

I was happy to walk up the Wanchai Gap Road with Stan Wong, and met so many LongRun.hk members before the race.

Enjoyed the race again.

Having completed the AVOHK 5 K Race III 2009 at Bowen Road in a moderate time of 23 mins 22 secs (4:40 / K) in the cooler afternoon today.

I was happy to meet so many friends from LongRun.hk, hkrunners.com and Leisure Runners Club.

Enjoyed the race!^.^

The souvenir singlet is really large. My L size singlet probably equal to XLL size of Nike ^.^
