【第25屆泰基盃10公里賽】定於9月6日，假西貢北潭涌舉行。早上9時起步，會員報名費$30，非會員$100；另有單程交通安排，費用$15，由九龍塘森麻實道開出。

Just completed the Thaiquain 10 K 2009 in the extremely sunny and hot morning today in a slow time of 57 mins+.  However it's already 7 mins + faster than my completion time of the same race last year.

My Asics Excalibur 4 was proved so good in racing, and I could hardly feel the upslope course tim.

Enjoyed the race despite only occasional breeze could be found.
