2009.09.27荃灣區國慶盃長跑賽09

Apart from the 1st Km uphill course, other course is either flat or downslope.  The path is a little bit narrow but is still OK for race.

Just completed the Tsuen Wan National Day 8 K Race in a moderate time of 43 mins 24 secs (just 20 secs faster than last year).

The opening 800 metres upsloping route still tortured me and the bright sun was another adverse factor.

Another nice race again!^.^
