I was almost dead after the race despite I merely walked uphill.

Completed the extremely hilly Kadoorie Brothers Memorial Run (5.3 Km) in 44 mins+.

Despite it was still a slow time and I walked most of those uphill slopes, it was already 1 min+ faster than my time in the same race in 2007.

Enjoyed the run and the beautiful scenery. Nice to meet so many runners friends too.^.^

compared to 30K, which slope is higher slope? I enroll 30K

I guess the uphill slope of Kadoorie is longer
