The 3rd Mizuno Shek Mun 10K Race will be held on Dec 6 (Sun), starting at 8:30am at Shek Mun in Shatin. Quota is 1,300. See attached for more details and entry form.

In my opinion Creation series are probably the worst shoes for racing coz they are too soft that preventing runners from speeding up.

Spacer and other racing shoes such as Adizero series will be better choices!
