I joined as a team. This 10K is the my first winter competition and the last competition before SCM

This quota for this competition is 3000. However, the no of runner is only 550. There are 15 prizes for each group and 10 prizes for team. Why?????

My time is only 57"31 (it is the second lowest time in all my competition). My slowest time is the first time to join 10K in SCM (59"XX). It is very disappointed
