anyone can tell which one for the race ?

Ma On Shan Sports Ground, to the east of Chung On Estate, at the north of Heng On Estate.

2個星期冇乜跑,結果4K U return 左右爆左, 疼住返來, complete at 38min 左右, 之前target 35-36min
跑步真係要keep 住 ... btw, 好多longrun Ching/CTse today !
