在儲哩數，會在下星期日試跑56km

嘩,練56K
在哪裡練
之前有無甚麽準備
那這學期共跑了多少KM

我都是問問
我雙腳狀態慢慢恢復
應該未跑到咁多

Kin in Running

今天終完成56km大尾篤至大埔來回三次(末段還遇上亮哥)，42km前還可以，之後14km捱得很辛苦，待正式比賽56km後會更難捱，若能在12小時完成已經很開心。 計劃两星期后才練多一次56km。

近期工作繁忙差不多天天晚上十一，二時才能回家，只能週日才能練，明天改上班前練，起碼有10km打底。

甚麽都不理先
最重要是如何取race pack

是不是在門市呀?
28日下午門市有無?
要帶甚麽去取?
是不是有車票?
可不可以代人取?

以下是賽會對海外參賽者未能在27/5前來取Race pack的答覆:

"Hi,
Kindly pick up your race pack on race day from 5pm onwards at the race venue. Please head to the information booth for the pick up.Do take note to bring your confirmation slip as well as identification card/passport (should you not want to bring the original please bring a photocopy). I would advise arriving at the race venue to pick up the pack at least an hour prior to your race start time. Thank you.

It's big challenge running in hot, humid weather, still feeling ok for 1st 42km; though rest for 35min; turns much harder in 2nd round 42KM....feels like dying in the last 20KM and it seems never came to an end....when ended says to myself: "won't try again for ultramarathon"....now....may try again only when prepare better....wait & see.
