Just completed my 5th run / 3rd race (29th Mizuno Fat Choi Run - 7.5 K) in 39 mins in the freezing morning today.


Despite it's a slow time, but I already felt satisfied due to lack of exercises.

Nice to meet so many longrun.hk's members and thanks to all photographers including Cookie and Alan ^.^

Incorrect - the timing of the races by HKLRCC & AVOHK is pretty precise.  I guess they use palm or PDA for the timing purpose which match with my stop watch within a sec.
