Hi Ning,

Yes, I always throw away the ones that come with the shoes and buy new insoles (or use the same pair from the old shoes if it is still good).  The ones that come with the new shoes are just too soft and don't provide ANY firm support at all to your feet during running.  Make sure you buy the right ones for your foot arch though.
