Completed the Thaiquain Cup 10K Race in an extremely slow time of 59:14 mins in the very hot weather in the morning earlier today.

Nearly suffered from heat strike coz I felt cold an ...

昨天很熱, 起跑時已30C, 大會時間44:16完成, 慢個中興1分多, 場地PB成功比上年快5左分鐘.

賽王, 小心身體, 還有很多比賽等你的.
