各位前輩大家好，我係Sidney
小弟平日跑下涌美青康路楓樹窩路，今日岩岩跑咗第一次環青衣。好中意青衣咁gentle嘅上上落落，不過跑跑下到6-7藍澄灣就比較嬲，想請教各位大俠會撿邊條路跑呢？

Sidney ching, 路口轉左入Tsing Hung Road入藍澄灣,停車場有路出番青衣路(和記大厦), 你入停車場轉右入後巷, 直行就可出番去海傍返回青衣城, 不需要搭lift.  我時常跑這段路.  下次大家可埋一齊跑

Hi! I am a Tsing Yi runner also. Is the total length of your route is about 17km? How can you pass  藍澄灣? I want to run this route too but cannot set up a appropriate route in this section.
Can we run together next time?

Hey there. The total length was about 16, include those wrong tracks and turn arounds. I was blocked by highway infrastructure and forced to take a lift up to 5F when crashed into 藍澄灣. That was not fun.
