史坦利兄 is right! 請恕小弟直言. I really think you've overtrained yourself this time. I have seen so many non-experienced runners like you throughout the years - just too 心急! You know what is next - Burnout!! 到時不是有心無力而是無心亦無力呀! Give those tiring muscles a rest first. Take care!
