我覺得泳總真係賤到爆，其他渡海泳記綠唔計，
要屈你俾多100水試費。
我就唔會報。

我估，係我估。如果你寫你游過其他渡海泳，而個比賽又無乜人參加，咁佢一定會叫你去水試，收你100先，過到再比你玩，然後再收你100。

但係如果你游過其他渡海泳而跟係泳總註冊的泳會報名，"我估"水試都可能唔駛。

咁正，請問你係咪泳總的MEMBER?
OR 參加過佢地攪的長途泳?

Ic.i never join their race.
So i want to question why they did not request u to do the test before a 3.5k swim.
while  this race is only 1.8k ,they charge ppl 100 to do the test.

I agree with you that the rules setted by HKASA is not fair.
Cat 1 has the top priority but it is the 1,500m pool event (pool event is not similar to open water).
Cat 2 includes 3.5K, 5K and 10K.  5 ...

我只係覺得除了屈錢外，佢好似係到迫人下年去游佢個D OPEN WATER 比賽。
就用返你的例子，如有一個人係另一個比賽用60 分鐘游完3.5K，但都可能係要比佢地屈錢試水。
佢個比賽講到好似比全香港人玩咁，但係佢SET D 咁嘅RULE，我覺得係掛羊頭賣狗肉多D。
根本就係佢自己攪比自己人玩的比賽。

It has a restriction of 1,000 quota in the event, in the Time-trail swimmers has to finish the 1500 m within 45 minutes.

Some comparison of the data between the final entry list that published on M ...

"As a matter of safety, I believe the water time-trail is necessary to ensure the participants can finish the distance in open water. We often hear the complaint here that some tourists were blocking the SCM race course of serious runners to beat their PB. So the time trail definitely helps to screen out most of the non-serious swimmers. The amount of time-trail fee would be another subject to be discussed; I personally think it is acceptable. The totally fee for cross harbour race is still cheaper than the SCM "

師兄，比賽路線係游直線，好難會比慢游的人阻到。通常被人阻到的，都是時間差不多的人。
游公海和有馬拉有少少不同。
而個水試係咪必要?我想用鐵人比賽來回應。如果1800米要水試，咁每年的鐵人比賽都要未玩過的人參加水試。
咁點解泳總自己攪的3.5K, 5K公開水域比賽又唔需要水試呢?
我有個FD 以前參加過泳總的比賽，佢可以游到呢個比賽。但係佢而家已經游唔到咁遠，佢同我講佢只係諗住游到中間影張相，然後上船，咁你又覺得呢個水試有乜用???

事實上, 佢地封路可能要賠$比人, 攪咁大型比賽要好多人力物力, 所以收少少$係應該的!

呢個比賽有霍先生持支，封路唔係一個問題。
呢個比賽只係因為條路線係維港，人力物力同其他比賽不會有太大分別。
有D比賽都係百餘蚊，仲有好多野送。
大埔個渡海泳，收你40 元，仲有埋旅遊巴車你來回同有野食。佢地收100，仲要屈多100蚊水試，我就唔覺得係應該。
不過願者上釣，你覺得OK就可以了。
