Is route of Mt Butler same as AVOHK Tai Tam Reservoir Cup? After review with ur post of Tai Tam Reservoir Cup, I'm scared about the long uphill slope and the muddy & rocky path

Let's add oil together! For the long uphill slope, I'll try my best on it and I'll having some execrise on Parker road (started from Kings road and upward to Sir Cecil's path) before the race.

1st time to join this race. No rainning today and had sunshine instead.
This is a really hilly race and my result is 1'33"+ . Need more trainning for the hilly race, I feel this one is even harder than CCM. Anyway, I'm really enjoy the race and will enroll again next year.

I feel exhaust especially running (actually walked like crawling ) uphill from dam to "Tai Fon Au"
