I suggest go up about 3k each week for two weeks then back down again, like 25k, 28, 20.....etc.  From now on until race day, you only need three to four full 34k.  I don't recommend run pass 34k wh ...


I havent even tried beyond 25K yet!!! I have to work harder ...
Planning to run a half M this weekend but HK is running like hell, hope it gets better later this week.
