還記得有一次在跑步堂當中，教官手持一對磚頭跟著我們跑，那位同事跑得最慢，教官就送他一對磚頭，那位同事必需要追到另一位同事，才可將對磚頭交予被追到的同事，所以會引發我們的超人潛質而雞飛狗走，回想起來都很有趣。

Just to the contrary I believe HKPF should enforce quarterly fitness test instead of annual fitness test to ensure the physical fitness of the police officers.

I don't think HKPF is good at fitness....so many fat man so many unhealthy man
I think firemen, in general, have better fitness than police

Sure.  That's why the force should enhance their fitness improvement programme and re-launch the fitness tests to improve.
