如果空肚跑,會出現低血醣,容易暈,又唔夠力跑.除非你想減肥就用呢個方法啦,可以一開跑就燒脂.
但進食後如沒有足夠時間消化又會引起腸胃不適,且會分薄身體既能量去應付消化系統既運作.
我有個行之多年兼有效既方法可解決上述矛盾:
飲些少豆漿...好處係即時飽肚,唔會肥,補鈣,補醣,又可當水份....且冇需等候消化即可起跑.
壞處係...你試下就知既啦~~~
It depends how long is the distance. You are talking about "muscle wasting" but you don't burn fat or go into "glycogen debt" right at the beginning anyway. If it is long distance, a runner should carbo load the night before. Soya bean and milk product will increase phlegm (淡) build up in your throat. Most runners avoid drinking them. |
