I have been doing this for n years now. It is like there is a time clock inside me. I start work at 7am anyway. But even off duty, I still wake up this early. In the summer time, I wake up at 3:30am.

35 to 40 miles (no intervals) per week is good enough then. If 50 miles (including intervals), you should be able to do a sub 4 marathon. Are you following a training plan?
I would never be able to type race report like you in Chinese <lol>. Anyway, I think you should reward youself now by getting a Garmin 405 or at least a 305 like mine.
