    I'm a slow learner... practiced almost 6 months still can't get it very solid! But I've seen some guys get it after just a few practice.
    Yes, balance, but also shoulder strength.

    Nah, I am not teaching yoga la... studied teacher training but just for knowledge. Not good enough to teach la, haha
