Race 3 -  22 February 2009 9.00am Tai Tam Reservoir

All races are held on Sunday mornings and start at 9.00am.  Transport to and from all races will be provided. Buses to all races will depart from the west side entrance of the Peninsula Hotel on Hankow road, Tsim Sha Tsui at 7am sharp on race day.

There are eight age categories for men and seven for women.  Each race has age category medals and there are series trophies and cash prizes for category winners and runners up. Everyone who participates in two or more races will receive a New Balance souvenir T-shirt at race 3.
Water will be provided on the course and at the finish. Bag drop at owners risk. Numbers are collected at your first race.  Runners must keep the same number cloth  for all races.

C U this Sunday! My bib# is 27

今日好甘 , 由於左脚脚踭痛, 所以跑時右脚用力啲。但估唔到此舉另到右脚掌生了个水泡, 而呢條路好多石拉, 上落石級, 上落斜...... 比我今日双脚很多痛楚 , 3~4K左右己不段停下來整整隻鞋, 半行半跑前進。直到最尾3K, 果啲石路無哂, 只淨平路, 才可以忍痛跑回終點, 全程用時78', 小弟要休返一星期比脚回復 !

In brief, any bus pass by Wong Nei Chung Road.

From HK East, may be I go to Wan Chai and then change another bus!

You can get change from Queen's Road East for any buses go thr. Stubbs Road, then Wong Nei Chung Road
