Race 3 -  22 February 2009 9.00am Tai Tam Reservoir

All races are held on Sunday mornings and start at 9.00am.  Transport to and from all races will be provided. Buses to all races will depart from the west side entrance of the Peninsula Hotel on Hankow road, Tsim Sha Tsui at 7am sharp on race day.

There are eight age categories for men and seven for women.  Each race has age category medals and there are series trophies and cash prizes for category winners and runners up. Everyone who participates in two or more races will receive a New Balance souvenir T-shirt at race 3.
Water will be provided on the course and at the finish. Bag drop at owners risk. Numbers are collected at your first race.  Runners must keep the same number cloth  for all races.

Just completed the 12 Km rocky trail run in a slow time of 71 mins.  The trail seems never ending to me today. I had to slow my run to jog at the final km at the catch water after a refreshing down slope run.

Nice to meet so many runners friends in the race including MJ, Alex and Sagi.

Thanks "2nd times" for taking pics for the race!

Wishing Alex who suffered from blister could recover soon.

Another good race anyway.

見喉龍痛同感冒不大嚴重, 一於照跑..............

時間: 1:31:30, 一個對我算是頗慢的時間.......

開始的 1.6 km , 一切正常

在山路只有頭 2.5 km 真係跑, 尾 5km (過左水站)真係半行半跑啦...............hj" />ghj" />

同 blurmax 感覺一樣,d 山路好似永無止境................

幸好最後2.8-3km先是800km 再來1.4km 沿引水道, 最後再是下山路, 我才可以又盡情咁跑........

今日好甘 , 由於左脚脚踭痛, 所以跑時右脚用力啲。但估唔到此舉另到右脚掌生了个水泡, 而呢條路好多石拉, 上落石級, 上落斜...... 比我今日双脚很多痛楚 , 3~4K左右己不段停下來整整隻鞋, 半行半跑前進。直到最尾3K, 果啲石路無哂, 只淨平路, 才可以忍痛跑回終點, 全程用時78', 小弟要休返一星期比脚回復 !

今日很高興可以同 blurmax, Alex 和 Saki 兄 一 齊參加比賽.   
天氣麻麻地, 有微雨, 當地步後, 又出咗一陣太陽 (真奇怪)

過咗水壩後, 全程都係 '沒完沒了'  嘅山路, (小弟今着住對NB 800 跑鞋, 但唔覺得唔舒服), 回程尾段係3K嘅平路, 但經過山路嘅洗禮, 都無法子可以再跑快D , 為有順勢跑回終點, 完成時間大約 62分幾

比賽後, Blurmax, Alex, 和 小弟 都一齊吹水,影相,  但好耐都唔見 Saki 兄 , 唔通 ching 借尿遁  (講笑者), 希望 ching 無事喇 及完成比賽.

亦希望 Alex 兄 腳傷快D 痊癒喇.
