one of my teammate had a 24 hrs on treadmill last year and I've already thought she's ABSOLUTELY crazy!
48hrs!??? to be honest, we are not mice, there should be heaps of better things to do rather than living on treadmill, right?.............just kidding
I indeed admire their effort, it's not only a challenge to their fitness, but also a big test of their mental thoughness, as our mind is sooooooo easy to be burnt out running on the same spot |
