There are many ups and downs in the race course.  I found it quite difficult to me, but the race was full of fun with amazing scene.

The whole course is cemented path/ road.  Hardly find any nature trail in Cheung Chau now.

Thanks blurmax! I mixed up Cheung Chau & Lamma Island. Yes, you are right, hardly to find any XC trail in CC right now.
I will send out my enrollment form this week. See you runners then!

Send out the form today. I am now consider to enrolled 3 races within 8 days, 1st is Shek Kong 30K, 2nd is Cheung Chau 10K, 3rd is Mizuno 21K.

時間56'08", 比自已估計慢, 泥條都幾多斜路! 見到斜路唔想跑, 所以行上去。睇泥要練多d上斜......
