BTW, I remember that you had joined this race last year, how is it?

There are many ups and downs in the race course.  I found it quite difficult to me, but the race was full of fun with amazing scene.

The whole course is cemented path/ road.  Hardly find any nature trail in Cheung Chau now.

I may be 4 races in 10days

   Yes ah - not many runners join this race because the venue is very remote.  Moreover many races are held on the same day.

The result list was not complete because only the first 20 runners would be shown.

I completed the Cheung Chau RTI 10 K Race 2009 in the sightly cool morning today.  Due to frequent races lately, I could only complete the race in a moderate slow time of 57 mins.  I could not help from walking at those long uphill routes which making my speed much slower.
I was so happy to meet so many runners friends today including Ma Wong, Rebecca, Money, WahWah, Hoi and others from Leisure Runners, Keith & Horray from hkrunners.com, Alex and Sagi from LongRun.hk.
Despite I ran slow, I really enjoy the race in Cheung Chau.  The scene is amazingly beautiful.
