I enrolled thru mail bcos I received the enrolment form yesterday that sent by HKAAA. I enrolled the mizuno seminar and they reserve the place for me

quite diificult race, I run about 1 hour 30 minutes in 17 km but 抽筋at last 4km and need 45 mins to finsh last 4 km. Need more warm up and train in upward slope

BMC nice to meet u in the car, you give very good advice to me.
BTW, thanks for Ching Ctse to take photos for us and cheering in the whole race.
And I want to salute to 皇上, ( I don't know who he is), but he gave uo hs race and tried to help the Ching who faint.

My result 2:01 is not good result, but I will satisfy because I don't have long lenght training.
