You can adjust a bit.
My target is 3:20
1~3K Target 0:18 (avg 6min/km) - Too crowd, you can't run too faster, but it is good for a warm up
4~10K Target 0:50 (avg 4:30min/km) - Flat road and can start accelerate
11~20K Target 1:33 (avg 4:20min/km) - Also flat road, a bit uphill in Cheung Tsing Tunnel and to Ching Ma Bridge, but still ok.
20~30K Target 2:18 (avg 4:30min/km) - Will start getting tired
31~40K Target 3:10 (avg 5min/km) - Very difficult to achieve when going up and down on HK Island, can't walk when going up.
41~End Target 3:20 (avg 5min/km) - should be ok when enter Causeway Bay when so many ppl are cheering you. |
