跑步晶片如何購買

小弟一共有三個(見圖), 黄色那個是數年前報洛杉機馬拉松時在報名表上購買的. 其餘兩個是其它主辦單位送給跑手的紀念晶片, 只限用於該場賽事.  講真, 現在北美嘅大賽以很少用晶片了, 亦很少人花錢購買. 現多數用這種 disposable tag (見圖). 十分方便, 唔駛"弟"高隻脚等 volunteer 幫跑手除開晶片. 小弟相信唔駛幾耐香港亦會用呢類嘅 tag 的.

但是tag一除下即是撕爛他了, 對嗎

If you peel it off carefully, bring it home and wash it, it can be saved as a souvenir.

Hi there ~

Sorry for the late reply.  Yes the yellow chip is universal as long as the race is using champion chips.  But when you pick up your bib number, you have to let the organization know so they can enter your chip number into their computer timing system.  Hope this helps!

Hi ~

Yes, you have to let the race organizer know ahead of time.  I think in HK the race organization (whoever organizes the race) mails the bib to you, right?  In that case, you have to put down your personal chip number on the race application form before you send it in or phone them and let them know.  Your chip number has to be in the timing system before it works.

No, you don't have to.  The chip number has your personal info. in it (eg. name, age, address.......etc).  Race Organization needs your number so they know you are running the race, thats all.
