I posted a training program for FM in following website a month ago:

You can find it at 15#.
I would like to remind you that this program is not for inexperienced runner, if you feel hard to finish first week training, you should stop immediately in order to avoid any injure caused. If you can follow the program, you should finish your marathon in sub 4.

本人對ee_tpk兄#59所說有強烈的保留。沒有合適練習跑全馬只有"傷和跛"的可能。
