平常心去enjoy 個 全馬吧.
這麼長時間的練習總會遇上 ups & downs. 不要給自己太大壓力, 長跑長有呀~~
希望他朝我有能力跑長d距離時, 能在跑道上跟你加油~~

Mike ching,

If your ankle has not fully recovered yet, don't run that much PLEASE. Did you seek advice from your physiotherapist whether you should run now? Why not going to gym to do other types of exercises which won't stress out your ankle?

有 locker 儲物,水機 及 沖涼設施請自備鎖頭
