However I usually do my warm up at the Quarry Bay Park jogging path and follow the same route as U then.

Stanley really is a talented runner despite not as talented as T-runner who will complete a HM in 1 hr 20 mins (Sub 3 in FM lah) in 2009.

Consider the fitness of 7 Ching, to complete a FM in sub 330 will have no difficulties.
