Completed the Malcolm Phillips Memorial 5Km Run at Bowen Road at 16:00 hrs earlier in a moderate slow time of 24:32 mins today. Still enjoyed.^.^

Nice to meet so many runners friends^.^

第一次有一個比賽result係overall ranking 前過 category ranking, 真係唔知佢點計.....

The result is calculated by age formula (don't know the details).

Senior in age becomes an advantage in this race^.^
