how to go tai lam chung start point ? any bus ?

I take the organizer's coach to the starting point which is situated next to the Tai Lam Correctional Centre.

Completed the hilly course of Adidas AVOHK Reservoir Cup 2011 - 2012 Race I at Aberdeen Reservoir in a slow time of 71:51 mins in the sunny and hot morning today.

Despite felt exhausted, still enjoyed the run.

Since my speed was neither fast nor slow, the last Km became my solo run, nobody was ahead nor behind^.^

Completed the hilly 15K AVOHK Reservoir Cup 2011-2012 Race 2 at the Tai Lam Reservoir in the slightly cool but sunshining morning today.

Despite the completion time was slow, still enjoyed the race as usual^.^

I was also in the race.  It is a bueatiful sunny day.  A rather difficult route.  Enjoy it very much.  Looking forward to the Tai Tam run.
