近期Distance Running介紹，「平」價感受冰天雪地下賽跑。

It is unique:  in Russia there are no analogues of such a major and mass winter long-distance race

It is popular: more than 1000 fans of running from 15 regions of Russia and foreign countries take part in the half marathon.

It is extreme: the race is held in conditions of low temperatures (-39 oС in 2001)

It is holiday: a carnival of Christmas costumes, a show of winter swimmers and traditional extreme fun decorate the program.

鄂木斯克現在日間都係負幾度，下星期先開始轉冷預測跌到廿度，希望應付得嚟啦。衣著方面我以洋蔥式穿法，有底層排汗、中層保暖同外層擋風雪，所以至少有三層衫褲。我聽晚出發，到步再直撃現場環境。

I bought one from Salomon specialized for running on ice and it's called spikecross which is similar to speedcross but with spikes. It'd even better if it's Goretex lined.

Where did you buy the shoe? from Overlander?

Would you post photos of your gears for the race?

I'm really interested to run the race next year.

I ordered the shoes from an online shop abroad.  Yes, I can post the gears but later as I've them packed.  If you'd like to know them now, I can give you a PM as I think it may not be suitable to post the brand name/model here.

係時候出發喇，為咗呢次賽事，除左衫褲鞋襪都要特別準備外，仲要專登應大會要求，做一份醫生証明適合跑某一距離，咁先到時可以參賽。不過向大會寫極電郵都冇覆，反而早兩星期有個俄羅斯女子聯絡我，話到步後會做我翻譯同導遊，希望唔會畀人賣豬仔啦。  

等緊機響網上睇咗篇有關外地冬天跑步嘅資料，部分值得參考。

今日到步鄂木斯克，氣溫負廿五度，響戶外企一陣已經感受到低溫嘅威力。大會專人已經接觸咗，聽咗少少介紹照顧都非常好，甚至有專用攝影師幫我影相。聽日去大會總部登記，之後再報導。

Yes, these two Russian ladies take care everything we need (5 foreigners) in Omsk. At the same time there is a big group of Germany runners (~10) with another guide(s).

今早食完早餐，大概十點半日出時去試跑咗一陣，氣溫我估負廿度，賽道響河邊果部分就更加凍，部電話放響褲袋攞出嚟，可能由於溫差太大完全開唔到。

之後去咗大會總部攪號碼布。今晚要早D訓，明日中午一點開賽，之後再報導。

尋日響負十八度下完成咗呢次半馬，整體感覺唔係好凍而係好熱，當日可算天公造美，全日放晴，所以感覺比前幾日陰天暖。

尋日亦係俄羅斯嘅聖誕節，所以氣氛十分之好，賽事分半馬、七公里同接力賽，可以話係大眾同樂，雖然只有六百人。半馬人數共有三百多，當地人嘅實力非常之強，男子最快係1:19:46，話雖如此，其他參加者亦可以按自己嘅速度，去完成呢個嘉年華式賽事。

賽後檢討：
1）可能D冷風去哂美國，西伯利亞變咗唔係咁凍。不過加埋D冷風時嘅體感溫度可以再係十度，尤其係會有半路程響河邊，所以裝備上保暖反而唔夠防風重要。

2）話雖如此，響西伯利亞好大氣溫變化，天氣預測亦唔準，所以裝備要有不同配搭同多D變化。可以嘅話早幾日去，預早習慣下低溫對適應有幫助。

3）鞋方面唔需要特別嘅鞋，因為賽道有部響馬路，平時已經有除雪，另一部分響河邊嘅雖然平時係有雪，不過大會響開賽一小時前會徹底摌雪，所以餘下嘅雪唔多，一般跑山嘅跑鞋都可以，而一般香港用嚟跑公路嘅鞋唔係唔得，不過可能太通風隻腳會凍。

4）賽道係3.5公里一圈，水站響起步點唔當眼地方，其實係有少少甜味嘅熱茶，我見好少人飲不過我就差不多每次都飲，因為感覺水分散失得好快而自己唔感覺，見跑完成身結霜就知。另一個原因係塊面同咀不斷畀D冷風吹到僵哂，連食糖都有問題，飲D熱茶會舒服好多。

5）帶面罩擋著塊面係可以，不過罩埋個鼻會好難呼吸，罩個咀就有部分人會，不過帶眼鏡會令D熱氣轉上去咁就起哂霧。反而我覺得頸巾之類嘅野仲緊要，雖然話盡量用鼻呼吸，不過個鼻好快會凍到呼吸困難，好似結左冰實左，所以同口吸氣喉嚨保暖都重要。

6）低溫下要搽多D護膚霜滋潤，同留意下外露嘅身體部分會唔會凍傷左都唔知，我就係冇為意D汗流咗落耳珠，跑完先知結咗冰所以少少凍傷咗。
