小弟高6呎,超過100公斤.
現穿NIKE Running Shox 的跑鞋，跑超過３km後，ankle會痛。不知是否鞋的問題。

不知各師兄有何高見？

師兄可以試吓美記rider12, 好舒服, 避震好, 價錢合理.

超過100kg, 試Asics好d。例如Kayano或GT 系列。

我見好多師兄都suggest wave rider 12我揾日要去睇睇先得。　我住新界買鞋在屋邨商場買okay嘛？

Asics GEL Vs Mizuno Wave, I believe GEL could provide more protection for you. Asics is No.1 best selling running shoes in U.S. and most of the U.S. people is big in size. This is the reason that I suggest Asics for you. But the problem is cost of Asics much higher than Mizuno.

仲可以試下美國款嘅New Balance，因為美國一般都好高大及重，著美國鞋可能好Ｄ。
