You need to know your foot type to choose the correct type of running shoe - cushioning, stability or motion control. All major brand has running shoes in these three major type of running shoe. Choosing the right type is more important than choosing the brand.
Are you kidding me? These are racing flats for short and mid distance runs. Well, may be up to a half mary if you run super fast and light weight. Running with this type of shoes for a longer time period is prone for foot and knee injuries. That said, they are not even available in North America.
Go with Asics, you will like it better. Asics absorbs more shocks than Mizuno. Everyone says it costs more in HK though. But like jjchsg said, you need to get a gait analysis first. Make sure you buy the right type of shoes not just from the look of it.
