唔通真係無人洗鞋o既......

I will only do it if it is really dirty or when I am very free.  Having completed the training, I will leave it for a day or night in the open air.  

In my opinion, it is no harm to wash your running shoes but you have to make sure they are completely cleaned without any detergent.  Then let it dry naturally but not directly expose to the sunlight.  You can go to any household stores or Jusco $10 shop to buy a special hanger for shoes

當跑完雨戰後一定會洗鞋. 平時若三個月會洗一次.

  除左臭到頂唔順, 我諗都唔會拎對鞋出黎洗,
小弟對腳好彩唔係好臭, 所以其實咁耐都無洗過.....
