The route of 10km is mainly flat ?

Hi, I am 1st time to join it, do you know the route of 10km is mainly flat road or many ' up up down down' ??

thks, to me, sounds good chance for PB if 80-90% is flat road

but if remainly 10-20% road is crazy or not sin?

notice that there is one rather deadly slope on a bridge before you get to finish the race.

you will go downslope and upslope near Taikooshing....then when returning back at the same place (taikooshing), the same downslope and upslope....at the end near the Cross Harbour Tunnel , there is a flyover which is a deadly slope as mentioned by ChARsoN cHing.....in the marathon this year (Feb 09), i saw a young guy vomiting right after he finished this deadly slope

最尾的一段維園道天橋, 雖然我未跑過, 但以前坐校車上橋(2x年前的事), 架車都行得好慢.

若前面不懂留力, 到臨尾要跑上橋時就甘囉.
