其實跑步手套同一般手套有咩分別?

都ok哦, 帶左就無凍傷,試過唔帶就

It is much better to wear running gloves in winter months for training and racing especially if the temperature is below 10 degrees.  It is difficult to get your fingers warm even if you have enough warm up and you will feel more comfortable.

There are several good choices, e.g. Nike, Mizuno and Tiger, etc.  By the way, my friend brough some normal quality cotton hand gloves in the street store which costs HK$3 to HK$5 each pair and you don't need to worry about losing it during training or racing.

果d幾元既你覺得係跑步時既保暖功能如何?

我見到JUSXX 10元店賣30元. 似乎幾暖身

李宁牌就賣59元或69元(有扣) (尖沙咀李宁專門店)

街市貨好既話冇所謂喎

去睇運成望過下美記的手套，一舊水但冇冇乜料到，問slaes保暖功能如何，回覆是一般

The quality of my Ascis's gloves is quite good and it really help to keep my fingers warm.  Of course, it is comparatively more expensive but you would have more confidence.  The only negative side is that you will worry of losing it during training or racing as it could be quite easy when you are taking it off.

ching.. 唔好浪費金錢買過百元既手套啦
一陣你覺得唔好就覺得用百多元買0左對垃圾

不如去買勞工手套 or 去10元店薄薄白手襪啦
功效都係一樣..唔見0左又唔會肉痛

ching 想要咩類型既手套?
mizuno 有薄有厚... 有毛毛內膽....

但以香港既天氣..薄都已經好夠用....
其實跑跑下已經出汗要除了....

不如買件背心或跑褲, 呢排仲有特價
