小弟想問 "米中龍".....跑鞋

原想買Rider 13........但 試左只 Creation13 後....

只 Creation...好舒服...好有彈力......同rider13...相比....感覺很大

本想買下...但試住行左 十幾步....可能我成 22x磅....好似感覺到有少少好似好易拗柴的.. ..可能太通彈力......吾知點講
甘我應該買那一款好......?

但聽過朋友講
開頭重磅時不宜跑太快
最好用急步至慢跑40MIN 以上, 減返多少磅數先~~~
如果唔係......就好傷膝

If you think C13 is comfortable, then you should use it.

Is it the first time you wear running shoe?

R13/C13 are running shoes i.e. they are designed specifically for running (not for playing tennis, football, basket etc).

One of the characteristics of running shoe is that it facilitates your running motion i.e. dorsi-flexion and plantar-flexion of your ankle.  It offers little/no protection for side-ward motion i.e. it can't prevent sprain ankle.   

As many "sport shoes" offer side-ward motion protection, some people may have a sense of instability when wearing a pair of running shoe during first time.

I just go to MK......like have not see....Creation13

have more new model.......

Now.... which one is good than Creation13
