Kenneth C-Hing, my initial purpose of running is simiar to u but I was training for softball & baseball instead of basketball. I still keep playing softball but I ran more. And actually we have softball and baseball leagues in HK. For softabll, there are several grades (A,B,C) and a promotion system like football exists.
