Right, 練Interval係咁練, 100米快接100米慢 及200米快接100米慢, 慢跑係下次快跑既Recovery, 速度有番咁上下再練 400米及800米interval. 耐力同速度會漸漸增強. 不過最好拍住練, 一個練好易謝. 因為大家拍住可互相激 ...
it is quite hard to take such training alone.
but I would try to take some interval run in some well distance marked running tracks. |
