vcbid師兄: Quads and calves started to burn and feel sore past 10k, legs became powerless past 16k when the course became flatter with small up's and down's. The day after the race the calves, quads, and hamstrings were sore, but no issues on shins, knees, ankles, or achilles. 2 days after race having major DOMS on those 3 muscle groups, having trouble up and down stairs Fortunately no pain no injury |
